Our Story
In 2011 we started out as a first aid training company with the aim of making our community safer and progressing our learners’ careers. The fitness education quickly followed and while we have now evolved to specialise specifically in fitness education, our purpose is the same – help our learners progress while making an impact in their communities.
We are proud of the influence our learners have had on the people of York. As we expand our centres across Yorkshire, we know there will be many more success stories to come as more learners join the battle to make our nation healthier.

Our Education
The learner is at the heart of everything we do. Our courses ensure you have all the knowledge and confidence you need to enter the fitness industry and have an impact on the clients you serve.
Face to face guidance is a vital component when producing quality, confident instructors. We have committed to ensuring this component is present in all our provision, while we limit course numbers to 12 to ensure you receive plenty of support and feedback.
Digital resources give you flexibility to access your distance learning materials whenever and wherever you want.
